The Story

Craig Kamman has been doing this his entire career.

Craig started in construction, working his way up to become a licensed General Contractor before that hands-on experience with buildings and their real costs led him naturally into real estate. Over 30 years as a licensed Minnesota Realtor, he has bought, improved, and managed investment properties himself — which means he understands exactly what you stand to lose when a property isn’t managed well.

Northome Property Management was founded because Craig saw a gap: small and independent investors — the people who own one rental home or a small multi-family property — were either self-managing through exhaustion or paying fees designed for institutional landlords. Neither worked.

Northome is the answer. A flat-fee, full-service property management firm built specifically for owners of one to four units in the west metro Twin Cities.
